Adhesive Bridge This young lady was born with a missing front tooth. A bridge was bonded to the tooth adjacent to the gap as a semi-permanent solution.	Composite Bonding This poor gentleman broke his front teeth in a sports accident. The retrieved tooth fragment was bonded back on to one tooth and composite resin was carefully applied to the other.	Composite Bonding This lady did not like the colour or shape of her front tooth which she had built up in the past due to trauma. After tooth whitening, the old filling was removed and tooth coloured filling material was bonded on to lengthen the tooth.
Composite Bonding This young lady broke her front tooth after knocking it with her mobile phone. Tooth coloured composite resin was carefully applied using a combination of different colours to re-create the internal colour effects of the natural tooth.	Diastema Closure This lady disliked the shape of her front teeth and also the spaces between them. Tooth coloured composite resin was bonded to 2 teeth to close the gaps.	Gap Closure with Clear Aligners This young lady did not like the gap in between her front teeth but also did not want to undergo conventional orthodontic treatment which would have involved the use of metal brackets and wires. Clear Aligner treatment took around 12 months to close the gap with 'near invisible' braces.

Teeth implants This gentleman lost one of his front teeth in an accident. He did not want to wear a denture, and also did not want to have any of his healthy teeth prepared for a conventional bridge. In spite of a complex colour match, an implant-supported crown gave an excellent solution.	Teeth implants This gentleman had a failed bridge, whereby one of the supporting teeth had fractured. The tooth was deemed unsaveable and the patient did not want to wear a denture. After removing the tooth, bone graft material was placed to compensate for the bone loss due to infection. Subsequently a dental implant was placed and a very natural looking crown was placed on top. Lumineers This nervous lady disliked the appearance of her upper teeth. Following teeth whitening, 8 ultrathin porcelain veneers were placed. Only minimal preparation was required and no injections were needed throughout treatment.
Metal Free Crowns This gentleman disliked the appearance of his old crown on his upper front tooth, especially the dark line around the edges. Following teeth whitening, a new 'metal free' crown was made to match the whitened colour of the teeth.	Posterior Composite Filling This gentleman was concerned about the silver filling in his mouth and had decay underneath the filling. The silver filing was removed along with the decay and a more aesthetic composite resin filling was placed.	Posterior Composite Filling This lady disliked the appearance of her silver filling. The filling was replaced with a more aesthetic composite filling.

Veneers This lady disliked the appearance of the old crowns, especially the dark lines around the edges. The dark areas were due to her gums shrinking back over a period of many years. Following some teeth whitening, a combination of metal free crowns and porcelain veneers were used to replace the old restorations and create a new smile with the colours and shapes she preferred.	Teeth Whitening This lady disliked the colour of her teeth. Overnight home whitening was carried out for three weeks. A good improvement in colour was achieved.
